least amountof tooth structure, bone or tissue necessary to eliminate what is unhealthy & diseased.

THE FIRST VISIT
Usually the first visit consists of a thorough examination and explanation of the conditions in your mouth. We generally schedule one hour for this appointment. If you have had recent dental x-rays please contact your previous office for their policy in releasing your dental records. If possible, please bring your x-rays to your first visit. Also, please bring your insurance card if applicable. Allow enough time before your appointment time to complete an information form, which you will receive from our receptionist.
INSURANCES
We are a fee-for-service office. Our office will gladly submit your dental insurance electronically to your carrier to ensure immediate reimbursement. This office will work with your benefit plan for you to receive maximum reimbursement for your treatment. We base your treatment on individual needs and not on your insurance plan.
